Please complete the following Form when Referring a Prospect to our Office.  This will expedite your Office receiving a Referral.  You can fax this Form to our Office once you have completed (407) 891-2264 or E-mail deeserentals@aol.com  Currently, Deese Management & Real Estate, Inc. will pay $50 to the Office that Refers a Tenant.  More, we will pay $100 to the Office that Refers an Owner-Landlord needing Management Services.  All Referrals are paid once a Lease is signed.
